The friends update: visits, rankings and a brighter look
Peli has been busy! This update makes Pelicook a lot more social, and a lot more colourful. Here is what is new.
Friends and visits
Every chef now has a friend code. Share it, or send an invite link, and your friends show up in your new Friends screen. Tap Visit to walk into their restaurant: leave a like, pick a sticker like "Yum!" or "Chef's kiss", taste the dish or help tidy up. When a friend joins with your link and reaches level 5, you both get a reward.
Not sure where to go? Open Discover and tap Surprise me! Peli picks a random restaurant for you. Gifts and visitor news wait in your new Mailbox.
All-time rankings
See how you compare in level, stars and restaurant value: with your friends, in your country or in the whole world. These are all-time rankings, so nothing ever resets.
A brighter look
Every menu now has one cheerful blue style with an orange title ribbon and gold highlights. Buttons are clearer, and Peli's tips have a fresh new speech bubble.
Little things that make you smile
- Tip jar: tips now pile up in a jar on your counter. Tap it for a coin shower!
- Pet your pet: give your pet a pat for hearts and, now and then, a small bonus.
- Open or closed: tap the sign at your door to close your restaurant and build in peace.
- Help book: tap a blue ? to read Peli's help book, with pages about cooking, freshness, the herb garden, sauces and more.
- Photos: take a photo of your restaurant to share with friends.
Safety first
You decide if your restaurant shows up in Discover. You can block or report players who are unkind, and unblock them any time in Settings.
