You start as the chef: you cook, carry, serve and clean yourself. As your restaurant grows, you can hire helpers who take jobs off your hands.
Who does what?

| Waiter | 2 | Serves guests: carries dishes from the counter to the tables. |
| Cleaner | 4 | Tidies tables after guests leave and cleans stoves. |
| Cook | 6 | Carries ready dishes to your counters and cooks a little faster. |
| Host | 9 | Greets guests at the door and shows them to a seat. |
Hiring and training
- Tap Staff to see all jobs and hire helpers.
- Helpers get better by working. A helper can earn up to 3 stars.
- With more stars, waiters, cleaners and hosts can look after more seats, and cooks work faster.
Helpers keep working while you are away, so your restaurant keeps running.
